After struggling with IBS most of my life - and asking for help, but not getting the support I needed, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Over the past 18+ years, I have tried ALL the things on my quest to find relief from the constant symptoms and IBS flareups.
From low FODMAP, to all fiber, to juice cleanses, water fasting, raw food, fruitarian, vegan keto, high carb, low carb.. you name it - I've tried it!
And it turns out; It isn't "all in your head", your pain is valid, and there are lots of things you can do to feel better, have regular (pain free) bowel movements, and start to ENJOY food again!
I am here to show you HOW.
Navigating IBS on your own can be painful, lonely, and incredibly frustrating - which is why I am so passionate about providing others with the support I wish I had when I needed it.

The reason why I decided to create this coaching program was that I saw so many people like you, who were not getting the support they needed with their IBS.
Just like me, they were told things like:
"It's just IBS, and there's nothing you can do about it"
"Take these anti-depressants and see if that helps"
"Just Google low FODMAP and you'll be fine"
"Your tests came back totally normal, so there's really nothing wrong with you"
Gee, thanks, and now what..??
Yup.. that's my 'ready to pop' bloat....
Ever since I was 19, I struggled with constant crippling stomach pain, gas, constipation, bloating, and diarrhoea (I was blessed with mixed IBS, which means I get a little bit of everything... lucky me!)
And in addition to the typical IBS symptoms, I also struggled with acid reflux, headaches, nausea, anxiety, and a really messed up immune system.
I typically got the flu once a month, and also struggled with chronic bronchitis and reoccurring tonsillitis, mood swings, allergies.. the works..
But despite all of these physical symptoms, no one could actually help.

Long story short...
18 years later, I now know that it IS possible to get your health back, and that being diagnosed with IBS doesn't have to mean that you'll have to feel restricted and in pain for the rest of your life.
